Responsibility

Bortolussi srl (Animasportiva) is responsible for any issues related to shipping and delivery. Shipping is via express courier and is always trackable. We ask that you check the package upon arrival and report any anomalies. In this case, we ask that you refuse the shipment, indicating "DAMAGED PACKAGE" as the reason for delivery. We will handle the entire process with the courier, and you will be covered by our full warranty.

Bortolussi srl (Animasportiva), however, assumes no responsibility for loss of items after delivery.

Payments

Ordered items must be paid for in advance using a payment method listed under "Payment Methods" or in cash upon delivery.

Shipping and returns

The ordered items will be shipped via express courier.
Any complaints regarding damage to the goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, by signing the receipt with reservations and indicating the type of damage.
The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Right of Withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Consumers will benefit from all the protections provided for in the event of the conclusion of distance contracts pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"), as well as all other mandatory protections provided for Consumers by the Consumer Code itself and by any other applicable law.
