Within 14 days of receiving the products, even without stating a reason, you can exchange your purchase or request a refund. Starting November 10th, in anticipation of Black Friday and the Christmas holidays, the right of withdrawal is extended until January 15th.

3. LET'S CHECK

Once we receive the product, we verify that:

  • Comes with original tag(s) and/or box(es) (where applicable)
  • No signs of wear and use

4. WE REFUND

Once the verification phase has been completed, we will refund the full cost of the product and the outbound shipping (in standard format) using the same payment method used for the order.
