La sneaker EX89 combina il look tradizionale della scarpa da basket GEL-EXTREME del 1989 con le più moderne proprietà di ammortizzazione.Fu originariamente creata da Toshikazu Kayano alla fine degli anni '80 e costituisce il primo progetto del designer in collaborazione con ASICS. La struttura in pelle a strati della tomaia è inoltre rifinita con colori vivaci che si abbinano alle iconiche divise NBA di allora. ?
Aggiornato il sistema di ammortizzazione con la nostra tecnologia FF BLAST. La forma del tallone è scolpita, per migliorare il comfort sotto il piede in tutte le situazioni che si affrontano quotidianamente.
Il motivo della suola rappresenta un panorama urbano visto dall'alto. La sua aderenza funzionale fu inizialmente ispirata dal primo viaggio di lavoro del designer negli Stati Uniti nel 1987.
