Delivery time and modes
Animasportiva ships immediately! Every order is handled with the utmost urgency. As soon as we receive the order, product retrieval occurs, then packaging and carrying out the necessary administrative practices. You can find all the costs and the delivery time in the tables below. For shipments elsewhere, you can contact our customer service for custom quotes and delivery times.
In the estimate of the delivery days you should not consider Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
In the case of non-EU shipments, customs charges are to be borne by the consignee.
How to behave at the delivery of the product
In order to make our service increasingly efficient please check the conditions of the package upon delivery.
If the parcel is not perfectly healthy, pick it up with reserve: next to the signature in the delivery note, mark clearly "ACCEPTED UNDER RESERVE damaged parcel".
If the parcel is damaged severely in order to have procured surely damage to inner content, reject the merchandise asking to write on the note the words "GOODS REJECTED damaged parcel".
Also check the exact match of the number of packages.
Any objections must be raised immediately to the carrier, otherwise the product is deemed to have been correctly delivered.
In cases where a shipment is accepted with reserve contact us immediately, as soon as you have checked the merchandise.
The transport document (invoice or accompanying note) contained within the parcel should be stored as a document valid for the warranty.

SDA Express Italia: from 00:00 till 16:15, from Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays and Sundays, and the pre-Christmas week) and only for some ZIP codes there is the choice of priority shipping service for Italy at additional charge of Euro 3.00 in respect to what is shown in the table above.
This service allows you to receive your shipment in the morning of the day following your order. If you choose this service, but delivery times are not respected, don't worry and contact us immediately: we will refund the extra cost of 3 euro for the service that you have chosen.
When paying by cash on delivery (accepted only in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City) the customer incurs additional costs of EUR 5.00 for orders up to EUR 50,00.
Returns
Information for the consumer in accordance with Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999, n. 185 (in Official Journal, 21 June, n. 143). Implementation of directive 9l/l/CE relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.

According to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without incurring any penalty and without giving any explanation.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can contact us per email message within 14 (fourteen) business days from the receipt of the products ordered, without giving any explanation, and he will be advised as far as the returning procedure is concerned.

The items to be returned will have to be sent back within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods through any carrier, forwarder or shipping company of the customer's choice. Upon arrival to our store, the goodswill be always examined to assess any damages or tampering not caused by transport.
Method of refund of amount paid: Animasportiva refunds the amount paid with the same method used by the customer for paying (bank transfer, credit card or Paypal) in the least possible amount of time and in any case within 10 days from receipt of the product.
The refund refers to the price of the product or products returned.
It is expressly understood that the expenses incurred to return the product to Animasportiva will have to be paid by the customer.
